Sheet Creator Add-In for Revit

I have been updating the Sheet Creator Add-In to increase functionality and control.  It still requires some more work and testing as well as some feedback that I will get from the AEC DevCamp.  Instead of making my loyal followers to this site wait, I have updated the original Add-In with the changes for the Revit 2011 code.  I have uploaded a zip file in the download section that includes an install for windows 32-Bit (x84) systems and 64-Bit (x64) systems.  This is release v2011.1.

Really easy to use.  Select the titleblock and then just type the sheet number, sheet name and click add sheet.  Repeat.  Once complete just click apply.

Please comment below on what your wish for this Add-In would be.  Your input could help influence the next release.

Any chance you could add a way to edit parameters in the Add-in? So all in one you could add the sheets and modify any sorting/grouping parameters you have in your sheets. It is easy to select them in groups out of the projext browser once the sheets are created but doing it here would be nice

Hi,
I installed the software and is not working, nothing appears in the add-ins area.

I am using Revit Structural 2011 64 bits.

Creating multiple sheets at once would be great... or importing a sheet list from excel.

We are MEP Engineers. We need to create the same sheet with the same views 4 times. Anyway this could be a command duplicate sheet but ask for the new number and name.
This should be built-in to autocad but it is not.
Thx

TF,

I don't know exactly how this would work since Revit does not allow the same views to be placed on multiple sheets. How exactly would you envision this being done and what are the views that you need on all 4 sheets? The only way I could see it being duplicated would be to just keep the name of the sheet.

I need to split my project into two Permit sets. I'm handeling the building elemtents thru Phasing but need to have the same sheet numbers in many instances in both Permit Sets. Is there a way to have basically 2 sets of the same sheets (same sheet #'s)...I perfer not to have to seperate into 2 rvt files..

Great job. But I would like it to have a option for adding views to sheet.
